We need coaches ready before rosters go out. Raise your hand in inLeague, finish training, share your preferences, and be ready to lead when teams form.

Coaching is the closest seat to the player experience — encouragement, first goals, tough Saturdays, and the tone of the whole team.
Lead practices, games, and the sideline
You teach the game, keep players moving, coordinate with an assistant or team manager, and help families know what to expect each week.
